We hand make everything fresh, and most of our products are shipped frozen so they arrive just as they left our kitchen. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your order.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Because most of our products travel frozen, we recommend getting your delivery into the freezer as soon as it arrives.
Some items have restricted delivery areas due to their perishable nature, this will be noted on the individual product page. If your cart shows we’re unable to deliver one of these items to your address, please get in touch. We want everyone to be able to enjoy our products, so we’re always happy to look into other courier options to make it happen.
Local Collection – Shepparton East

- Collection days: Monday to Friday, by appointment
- Order cut-off: Place your order by 10am for next-day pickup
- Ready time: We aim to have orders ready within 24 hours on a weekday
- Weekend collection: Available for frozen products at request — we’ll do our best to accommodate, please contact us to arrange a time
- We’ll text you a reminder when your order is ready, with collection instructions
