• Pick up Mon-Fri by appointment only
• Orders are usually ready for pick up within 24 hours weekdays.
• Order must be placed by 10am for next day pick up (pick up weekdays only)
• Week-end pick up can be arranged at times only for frozen products
• We will notify you with a reminder text when your order is ready for pick up with instructions
We use different shipping methods and couriers, subject to location and at TGFP discretion.
Please note that as most of our products are shipped frozen, someone will need to be available to accept delivery and promptly return to a freezer as required.
Delivery Schedules:
Melbourne Metro – Delivering Tuesday and Wednesday, cut off time for placement of orders Thursday 8pm
